The purpose of this project is to develop a set of guiding principles that provide proper model design and implementation criteria for middle and high school dual language programs. The designers of this set of guiding principles will be dual language researchers, practitioners, teachers, students and parents. It is hoped that school districts who embrace the promise of K-12 dual language enrichment programs will find this document useful in their program design and implementation. - La Cosecha 2008 Dual Language Conference
