National Dual Language Consortium - NDLC

Vision
The National Dual Language Resource Consortium seeks to coordinate, consolidate and disseminate resources and research and make them available to support dual language education.

Mission
Dual Language Education includes academically rigorous programs that aim for highly developed bilingualism and biliteracy for all learners (e.g. TWI, developmental bilingual, and foreign lang immersion). Our commitment is to support programs that offer content based instruction in at least 2 languages where the minority language is used at least 50% of the time.
