*You must register for the conference (w/payment) by October 1, 2008 in order to participate in a School Visit. There will be no on-site registration

Registration Procedures
To make registration for La Cosecha 2008 as easy as possible, please follow these instructions:
- Avoid delays – registration will be processed ONLY when accompanied by complete credit card info, check, or copy of purchase order including PO number.
- Use a separate form (paper or online) for each participant
- If paying by credit card, submit your credit card information through our secure online form or fax a completed registration form to (505) 243-0377 (attention: La Cosecha 2008)
- Only purchase orders (PO) that release a payment check within 30 days of issue will be accepted. It is the responsiblity of the institution/school/district to request an invoice if one is needed.
- If payment is through purchase order (PO) or institutional/school/district check for more than one registrant, please include a separate registration form for each participant and attach a copy of the purchase order (PO) to each registration form. Purchase Orders should list each participant’s name.

Subsititutions, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Submit substitution requests in writing. Substitutions on registrations (including purchase orders) will not be accepted after October 20, 2008.
- Request for cancellations and fee refunds must be submitted in writing to La Cosecha 2008 and received by September 29, 2008. Refunds will be processed six weeks after the conference, and a $100 cancellation fee will apply. There are no refunds on ticketed events.

Registration Issues
- Name badges will be required for entrance to ALL conference events, including presentations, meals, and exhibits. A replacement badge will be charged the full conference registration rate.

Information
- A tentative Schedule of presentations will be posted on the La Cosecha website and updated beginning August 1, 2008
- Registration Fee includes: Opening Reception, Coffee Bar at Convention Center, Continental Breakfast (served at three of the Partner Hotels on Thursday, Friday and Saturday – Hotel Accommodations), Thursday Lunch, Friday’s Conference Dance, as well as all sessions and exhibits.
