Conference Registration

Complimentary registration for the conference is offered to the lead presenter listed on the original proposal form. Additional presenters must register and pay the appropriate fees listed on the registration form.

Conference Banquet Dance

The lead presenter will be invited to attend the official La Cosecha 2008 Banquet Dance on Friday, November 14, 2008, 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Audio-Visual Equipment

La Cosecha will provide a screen in each presentation room. An overhead projector is available only upon request. All other AV equipment, including microphones, speakers, internet connection, LCD projectors, Laptop computers and phone lines, must be supplied by or rented by the presenter at the presenter’s own expense. Presenters are allowed to bring their own AV equipment but may be charged a patch or hookup fee by the in-house audio-visual supplier (fees do not apply to the use of a LCD Projector).

  • La Cosecha will not be responsible for equipment brought or rented by any presenter.
  • For equipment rental information, contact the A/V Department at the Santa Fe Convention Center.
  • La Cosecha Staff will not have LCD projectors or TV/VCRs available for presenters use.

Handouts

Copies of hand-outs are the responsibility of the presenter. Please prepare enough for the maximum room capacity. La Cosecha will not be responsible for providing additional copies of handouts.

Handouts on official La Cosecha Conference CD

We would like to make your presentation handouts available to all participants on the La Cosecha 2008 conference CD. If you would like to make your handout available please provide it in Adobe PDF format by Friday, October 3, 2008 by sending to Michael García at michael@dlenm.org.
