David Rogers has served as a dual language classroom teacher, program coordinator and elementary site administrator over the last eighteen years. In addition to his administrative duties, David works with site administrators in the proper implementation and management of dual language programs.
David and his wife Rosie are raising four daughters the oldest who attends Tarleton State University and the youngest who arrived in November of 2007.
Denise Sandy-Sánchez

Denise Sandy-Sánchez is a 14 year experienced teacher with several years at a bilingual or dual language schools. She has extensive experience in teaching professional development, has served as a support teacher for an APS/UNM masters program, and teaches at UNM. Denise’s responsibilities include multicultural/cross-cultural and secondary dual language professional development.
Denise and her husband Charles are raising two children who attend the Public Academy for Performing Arts.

Lisa Meyer-Jacks is an experienced dual language classroom teacher and program coordinator. Her passion is integrating instruction to make it accessible, meaningful, and engaging for students. She is one of DLeNM's Professional Development Coordinators whose areas of expertise include GLAD (sheltering protocol) and bi-literacy assessment.
Lisa and her husband Jack currently have a first grader in a local dual language program and have another child who will begin next year.

An educator for over 20 years, Dee has worked in bilingual and dual language schools as a classroom teacher, resource teacher, and instructional coach. She has extensive experience in professional development/teacher support as a district resource teacher for APS Language and Cultural Equity and as a co-facilitator for many collaborative professional development projects with UNM. In her work at DLeNM, Dee will help to gather and develop materials and resources that support and inform the work of staff and board members, teachers and administrators, families, and the larger community.

Natalie Olague is a 10 year veteran dual language teacher. She has taught 1st, 4th and 5th grade dual language students, and has been lead facilitator in many of DLeNM’s professional development activities including development of the NM Dual Language Program Standards, La Siembra, El Enriquecer and the 2006 Summer Critical Institutes. She presently serves as an Instructional Coach for Valle Vista Elementary in Albuquerque, NM
Natalie and her husband Tom are raising two daughters who both dance Flamenco and are future college softball stars.
